Friends of the Bing

Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, the Bing Crosby Theater offers a wide array of entertainment to the Inland Northwest each year, from movies to dance to lectures. Friends of the Bing, an outreach organization of The Bing established in 2012, works to present and promote the performing and visual arts primarily at The Bing.

Hoop

As we always say, Hoopfest is more than just a basketball tournament. Partners like Friends of the Bing are the ones that enhance the weekend for the whole city. This year The Bing proudly welcomes comedian Matt Baker, who will perform Friday and Saturday night, June 26 and 27. The show starts at 8 pm with doors opening at 7 pm. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 13 and under.

Outside of Hoopfest weekend, Friends of the Bing is always bringing quality art to Spokane.

“These award-winning shows are once in a lifetime productions that fellow Spokanites would otherwise never see because they take place in London [or] New York,” said John Rawley, marketing director for Friends of the Bing. “Whether it is a once in a lifetime national presentation or a one of a kind performance with local artists, Friends of the Bing is always creating something new and exciting to share with Spokane.”

We are excited to have Friends of the Bing on our team for Hoopfest 2015.
