Shootout Spring Classic Extended—Hurry and Register!

What better way to wrap up another terrific AAU season than with our annual Shootout Spring Classic?

Join us February 25th and 26th as we bring in some of the sharpest shooters in the region to compete.

Note that this is the last opportunity to qualify for the Washington State Middle School Basketball Championship in our region. The guaranteed deadline to register for this event just got extended to February 6th—only three days left!

Players may only be rostered on one team. A player may play up a grade level but cannot play below his or her current academic grade level.

Tournament schedules will be posted and sent out no later than February 18th.

“This tournament that we put on at the end of February usually brings in a lot of out-of-town teams, so it really opens up the competition quite a bit,” says Giff Marleau, Hoopfest’s Program Manager.

With so many teams coming into the Spokane area, we have them look no further than the Red Lion Templin’s Hotel—located on the Spokane River and nestled inside the quaint city of Post Falls, Idaho.

With 163 non-smoking rooms and suites and amenities including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts, they make it the ideal location for all of our out-of-town teams and families.

Templin’s Hotel is also home to the award winning Mallards Restaurant and Lounge, known for their delicious breakfasts and dinners with unique river-side views.

Be sure to check them out after you register for the tournament!

Remember – we do not charge a gate fee for team spectators—so bring your fans!
